Creation is there to serve us. Mortals are there to praise us. And we will know, truly, who is most divine.

Capricious is a worldbuilding game where you play as gods who meddle and scheme to create the world as they see fit.
Creation woven in THREADS - short, cryptic phrases with ambiguous meaning. Convince other gods to work with you to create the world you want. Even if you can't agree, you can always do battle. But battle you must not do battle.
